Robert J. Gregg, 62, of Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, February 28, 2018, in his home.

He was born July 22, 1955, in Washington, a son of the late James and Margaret Paraska Gregg.

Mr. Gregg graduated from Trinity High School.

He was Catholic.

Mr. Gregg was employed at Washington Hospital, for over 40 years, from where he retired.

He was a true dog and cat lover. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He will be truly missed by all of his family and friends.

Surviving are his former wife, Alison Gregg of Ohio; a daughter, Emily (Cody) McConnell of Washington; a sister, Mary Hamilton of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Aaden and Ensley McConnell; and two nephews, Ian (Kristen) Hamilton and Tim Hamilton.

All arrangements are private and under the direction of Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
