Santina Antionette Fields
Santina Antionette Fields, 57, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 2, 2018, in her home.
She was born July 23, 1960, in Washington, a daughter of Joseph and Sandra Lewis Fields.
A graduate of Washington High School, she later became a nursing assistant and worked at Presbyterian SeniorCare.
She was Christian. She enjoyed adult coloring books, artwork and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her companion of 20 years, Donald J. Wise of Washington; a son, David (Melissa) Wise of Washington; a daughter, Joy (Michael) Wright of Avella; two brothers, Joseph L. Fields Jr. and Robert K. Fields, both of Washington; three sisters, Robin Sphar, Debbie Fields and Shelly Fields, all of Washington; four grandchildren, Daniel, Amber, McKenzie and MaryJane; and four great-grandchildren, Chloe, Paige, Levi and Cody.
Deceased is a granddaughter, Megan Santina.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in Living Waters Church of God, 965 Weirich Avenue, Washington, PA 15301, with Pastor Michael Singo officiating.
