Mark Evan Bell
Mark Evan Bell, 55, of New Cumberland, W.Va., died Thursday, March 15, 2018, in his home.
He was born September 24, 1962, in Washington, a son of Sue Paul Bernotas and Thomas P. Bell, both of Washington. His stepfather, John Bernotas, also survives.
Mr. Bell worked as a butcher, in addition to running his own deer processing and lawn care businesses.
He served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a cook.
On November 2, 1987, he married Terri Vecchi, who died July 9, 2014.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a son, Evan Thomas (Ashley) Bell of Weirton, W.Va.; a daughter, Corianne (Brandon) Bell of Weirton; a brother, Mitchell Bell of McMurray; two sisters, Chere Boram of Bridgeport, W.Va., and Laura Porto of Washington; two granddaughters, Macie Lafferty and Geneva Bell; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, in Hummell & Jones Funeral Home, Thomas W. Hummell, supervisor, Douglas M. Jones, director, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Brian Richardson and the Rev. Fred W. McCloskey officiating.
