Roxanna Lynn Ellis, 67, of McMurray, passed away surrounded by family and friends Thursday, March 15, 2018.

Born May 29, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Frances and James Lucas.

She was the beloved wife of Ken Ellis; loving mother to Jim (Cassie) Ellis, Dan (Dawn) Ellis and John Ellis; cherished grandmother to Liam, Lucas, Kaelyn and Jack; and dear sister to Debbie (Rick) Cottrell and Tim (Veronica) Lucas.

Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Mrs. Ellis was predeceased in death by a son, Emmanuel Ellis.

She was an active member of Bible Chapel, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

Mrs. Ellis was a registered nurse at Canonsburg Hospital for 20 plus years. She was also the owner of a minority business called Loving Home Care and was a realtor for Century 21 Frontier Realty.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially grandchildren.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, in South Hills Bible Chapel, 300 Gallery Drive, McMurray, PA 15317.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Samartin’s Purse.
