Susan M. Lestander
Susan M. Lestander, 49, of Canonsburg, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018, in Concordia Donnell House, Washington.
She was born February 9, 1969, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Donald and M. Janice Heisler.
Mrs. Lestander was a 1987 graduated of Canon-McMillan High School and attended California University of Pennsylvania.
She was a member of South Canonsburg Church.
Her hobbies included needlepoint and cross-stitching, but she most enjoyed her family.
On May 25, 1993, she married Martin E. Lestander, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Brendan and Jason Lestander; a brother, Donald Heisler of Cranberry; two sisters, Debra Tomsic of Florida and Karen Patton (Sean) of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, in South Canonsburg Church, 12 South Central Avenue, Canonsburg, PA 15342, with the Rev. Cindy Vogel officiating. Interment will be private.
