Elwin N. Arden
Elwin N. “Norm” Arden, 81, of Finleyville, formerly of Washington, died Friday, March 23, 2018.
He was the husband of the late Janice M. Jones Arden; fiancé of Joan McWreath; loving father of Cynthia DeVos-Klingensmith and Cheryl DeVos-Quail; grandfather of four; and great-grandfather of six.
Mr. Arden was owner and operator of Jan’s Contracting in Ligonier.
He was a gentle giant of a man who will be missed by his family, friends and his faithful companions, Angel, Dust Mop and Annie.
Mr. Arden retired to enjoy spending time with his longtime fiancée and camping at Indian Brave.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road, Library, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 27.
