Bradley Gene Garrett
Bradley Gene Garrett, 80, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in Transitions Healthcare, South Strabane Township.
He was born November 17, 1937, in Washington, a son of the late Ernest Leland and Sarah Margaret “Peg” Thisthlewaite Garrett.
Bradley graduated from Washington High School and was part owner of Bennett’s Auto Supply, Washington.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Bradley enjoyed airplanes.
On December 30, 1977, he married Judith A. “Judy” Muniz, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Jeffrey Scott (Jody) Dean of Coal Center; five grandchildren, Lindsay Dean, Benjamin Dean, Ivan (Gabrielle) Gomez, Trevor Camps and Eddie King; four great-grandchildren, Nikko Gomez, Mina Gomez, Elijah Camps and Tommy Camps; a nephew, John (Kimberly) Garrett; great-niece and nephew, Zachary (Jolene) Garrett and Shallan Garrett; great-great-nieces and nephews, Bradley Garrett, Kyler Garrett and Mikayla Garrett.
Deceased is a brother, Bernard Lee Garrett.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m., the time of services, Saturday, May 26, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Jason Hefner officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, Glyde, with military rites accorded by American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175.
