Joyce Ann Allison
Joyce Ann Allison, 69, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 23, 2018, in Washington Hospital.
Joyce was a daughter of the late Willard and Grace Allison.
Surviving are her sister, Donna DuBois, with whom she lived for the past 12 years; her brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Sonnie Allison; her beloved nephews, David (Janice) and Robert (Heather); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, whom she loved so much, Montgomery, Lydia, Laura, Paxton and Leo.
Joyce’s family also includes her aunt, Ruth Barney, and her dear cousins, Marvin (Arlene), Mark (Brenda) and Milton (Lorelle) Barney.
Joyce loved her church, pets, soap operas and spending time with family. Her favorite pastimes included making beautiful embroidery pieces and giving them to family and friends.
To honor Joyce’s wishes, there will be no public visitation. Burial will be held privately in Grandview Cemetery, Florence.
