Mary Jane Eberhart Watterson-Jaros
Mary Jane “Myke” Eberhart Watterson-Jaros, 70, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018.
She was born January 13, 1948, to the late Russell and Mary Jane Eberhart. Myke was born and raised in Fox Chapel, before moving to the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
Myke was a graduate of University School in Oakland. She spent many years as an employee of GIS Industries in Lawrence.
She and her former husband, Ken Watterson, raised three children in Upper St. Clair, before moving to Peters Township.
She was a faithful member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in McMurray.
Myke is predeceased by stepmother Elizabeth Gorman; brothers Russell “Buck” and Paul Eberhart; and daughter Kim Bacchiochi.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Jaros; daughter Casey Gold; son Bryan (Erin) Watterson; son-in-law Doug Bacchiochi; brother Jim (Sandy) Eberhart; sister-in-law Lois Eberhart; stepdaughter Susie (Troy) Wicks; stepson Jeff (Renee) Jaros; seven grandchildren, Bryan Bacchiochi, Derek Bacchiochi, Danny Bacchiochi, Jim Gold, Carly Gold, David Watterson and Ryan Watterson; and two great-grandchildren, Bennett and Beckham Bacchiochi.
Myke also leaves behind her Shih Tzu, Snooks.
Everyone is welcome to celebrate Myke’s life from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of memorial service, Tuesday, May 29, in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, McMurray.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh PA 15243.
