William J. Gray Jr.
William “Billy” J. Gray Jr., 48, of Graysville, passed away suddenly Saturday, May 26, 2018.
Born October 1, 1969, in Washington, he was a son of William J. Gray, of Wind Ridge, and Ruby Janice (Cox) Gray, Washington.
Billy resided in Greene County most of his life. Billy was an avid collector of H.O. Scale trains. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, kayaking and ATV riding with his family. Billy had a photography hobby. He was always pleased with his DSL camera and taught his family to use it. He was known to others as being very detail-oriented. Billy was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to many.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his cherished wife of 19 years, Julie A. Otruba Gray of Graysville; his three children, William J. Stewart of Beckley, W.Va., and Matthew and Madison Gray, at home; a grandson; and a sister, Dee Gray, of Washington.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 31, with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Lanny Hewitt, officiating in Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home LLC., 3275 West Roy Furman Highway, Rogersville, PA 15359, phone 724-499-5181.
