Donald R. Schang
Donald R. Schang, 80, of Finleyville, died Monday, May 28, 2018, in Curahealth, Oakdale.
Donald was born September 2, 1937, in Castle Shannon, a son of the late Marcella and Robert Schang of Bethel Park.
Donald was retired after 32 years as an elevator mechanic with Otis Elevator and spent his leisure time repairing items for friends and neighbors. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Donald is survived by his wife Carol Gould; son Robert Schang (Karen); three daughters, Donna, Karen Limbruner (Paul) and Christine; sister Mary Lou Richards; three grandchildren, Brianna, Joshua and Erika Zeng (David) and great-granddaughter, Elsie.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road, Route 88, Library. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Francis of Assisi Church.
