Daniel Earl Fuller Sr.

Daniel Earl Fuller Sr., 68, of Washington, died Friday, November 16, 2018, in Washington Hospital.

He was born June 17, 1950, a son of the late William Daniel and Alberta Frye Fuller.

Mr. Fuller worked as a maintenance supervisor at the Washington Trust Building for more than 43 years.

In his free time, he enjoyed watching NASCAR, drinking a cold beer and, most of all, spending time with family. He also had a passion for home improvement projects and working on cars.

He was a member of several social clubs and was currently serving as governor of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 22, Washington.

On February 28, 1970, in Washington, he married the love of his life, Carleen S. Conklin, who died April 16, 2012.

Surviving are two sons, Daniel E. “Dink” (Susie Gerhardt) Fuller Jr. and Chuck (Trish McClain) Fuller, both of Washington; two daughters, Tracy L. “Moose” Fuller of Washington and Dana Marie (Eric) Dix of Richeyville; a brother, Robert (Bonnie) Fuller of Washington; three sisters, Shirley Fuller, Karen (Charles Megyesy) Fuller and Sandy (Richard) Pitzarelli, all of Washington; 15 grandchildren, Heather (Bryton) Huber, Joshua Daniel, Travis Scott (Lexi), Dylan Matthew (Kylie Sanders), Cameron Michael and Caitlyn Elizabeth Fuller, Zack, Bubba and Courtney Hartzog, Dennis Allen (Carey) and Cody James (Stephanie) Furbee and Mason, Madison, Max and Mitchell White; 10 great-grandchildren, Andrew, Mason and Carlee Rush, Addi Hartzog and Landon, Liam, Layanna, Colvin, Hayven and Paisley Furbee; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Fuller also had two more great-grandchildren on the way.

He also leaves behind his two beloved dogs, Buster Boy and Daisy Mae.

Deceased are three brothers, Buster, Jimmy and Billy Fuller, and four sisters, Patty Andretti, Sharon McFall, Bonnie Orum and Lorena “Snookie” Craig.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 19, with Willie McCartney officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
