Ernest Galloway
Ernest “Ernie” Galloway, 57, of Waynesburg, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018, in Donnell House, Washington, after a long struggle with cancer.
Mr. Galloway was born January 13, 1961, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Julian N. Galloway and Anna Elizabeth Durbin Galloway, who survives.
Also surviving are his wife, Debbie Eddy-Thomas Galloway; brothers and sisters Darrel Galloway (Cindy) of Carmichaels, David Galloway (Bonnie) of Greensboro, Donna Ringer of Rices Landing, Julian Galloway of Waynesburg, Gerald Galloway (Angel) of Rices Landing, Jane Bowers of Crucible and Lisa Childs (Jesse) of Uniontown; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two sisters, Rose Mary Galloway and Leona Sue Cain, and a brother, Roy Lee Galloway.
Ernie was a former employee of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Solomon Auto Group.
His hobbies included flea markets, auto detailing and Western movies. He loved his dogs, Toby, Zingo and Snowball.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 1 to 3 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, October 6, in Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320, 724-966-5100, with the Rev. Monica Calvert officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery, Waynesburg.
