Raymond S. Siders
Raymond S. Siders, 63, of Lawrence, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
He was born September 12, 1955, in Canonsburg, a son of James and Georgene Thielet Siders.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a union steward in Local 373.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing cards. He loved animals and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers fan. Ray was a proud member of National Rifle Association.
Surviving are his daughter, Jennifer Siders of Colorado; brothers George (Meg) Siders of Hickory, James Siders of Lawrence, Mark (Julia) Siders of New Hampshire, Jeffrey (Michelle) Siders of Houston and David (Michelle) Siders of Texas; and sisters Susan Pryor of Canonsburg and Betty (Sean Bioni) Siders of Lawrence.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are his daughter, Amanda Siders, and a brother, Rick Siders.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, J. David Sollon, director, 724-746-1000, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 19. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Township.
