Addolccina DeVita

Addolccina “Dell” DeVita, 96, of Canonsburg, formerly of Washington, died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018, in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg.

She was born September 8, 1921, in Washington, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Falce DeVita.

Miss DeVita was a 1939 graduate of Washington High School.

She was employed as an office manager for Washington Mould Machine and Foundry for 41 years, retiring in 1984.

Miss DeVita was a member of First Lutheran Church, Washington. Her hobbies included flower gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, sewing and cooking.

Miss DeVita was preceded in death by two brothers who died in infancy and three sisters, Adelaide DeVita, Alberina “Bleen” Wherry and Rose D. Bell.

At the request of the deceased, there was no public visitation. Burial was private. Arrangements were under the direction of Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., corner of Wilson and East Katherine avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.
