Janet Lee Haywood
Janet Lee Haywood, 79, of New Eagle, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 16, 2018, in Monongahela Valley Hospital, with family by her side.
Janet was born July 24, 1939, in Elizabeth, a daughter of the late Wilbert and Ida Holmes Coughenour.
Janet loved to read, play bingo and do puzzles. Most of all, she loved the extended family she made at Lignelli Manor, New Eagle.
She is survived by a son, Michael A. DiCicco of Florida; a brother, Dean Coughenour of Stockdale; three sisters, Joyce Milligan of Monongahela, Cathy and husband Dan Pestino of New Eagle and Pamela and husband Gilbert Cain of Monongahela; and many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her cousin, Patty Mines of Liberty Borough.
Preceding her in death were her first husband, Dominic DiCicco; her second husband, Ted Haywood; and a brother, Samuel Coughenour.
At Janet’s request, there will be no public viewing or services. Arrangements are entrusted to Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess Street, Monongahela, 724-258-6767.
Many helped her in her final days and are appreciated.
