Clarice I. Wright, 90, of Carmichaels, died Saturday, December 28, 2019, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg.

Clarice was born November 27, 1929, in New Freeport (Greene County), a daughter of the late Leslie and Goldie Fonner Smith.

Clarice was a graduate of Waynesburg High School, class of 1948. She worked at Greenway and Republic Shirt Factories.

In 1949 Clarice married Milton Wright.

Clarice is survived by two sons, Eric Wright and Jamie Wright (Treasa), both of Carmichaels; a granddaughter, Patricia King (Mark); and three great-grandchildren, Evan, Emma and Eastyn King; sisters, JoAnne Wright, Mary Lou Miller, Shirley Clark, Patricia Harper, Joyce Vickers; and special friend, Mary Anne Mapstone.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, is a son, Dennis Wright; a brother, John Smith; a sister, Ruth Frances; and a dear friend, Clifford Blackburn.

Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 2, in Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320, 724-966-5100. The funeral service will begin at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Dan Hennessey, officiating.
