Shelby Nicole Taber

Shelby Nicole Taber, 26, of Nemacolin, passed away of natural causes Tuesday, January 15, 2019, in UPMC Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. She was born July 26, 1992, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of James A. Tedrow III and Carrie A. (Conard) Ludrosky. Shelby was a 2010 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and earned an associate degree in medical office and as a billing specialist from United Medical Academy.

She resided in Cumberland Township, Greene County, all of her life and sold Avon and Color Street Nails. Shelby was currently employed by H&R Block in Carmichaels.

She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece and cousin. On September 14, 2013, she married Edward J. Taber, who survives.

Also surviving are four children, Chase Andrew Miller, Eli James Daniel Tedrow, Emma Ann Taber and Eerie Renay Taber, all at home; brother Jacob Tedrow of Clarksville; paternal grandparents, James and Diana Tedrow of Mather; maternal grandparents, Daniel Conard of Nemacolin and Michelle Conard of Carmichaels; maternal great-grandmother, Carol Kuklar of Nemacolin; several nieces and nephews; her stepmother, April Tedrow and her stepfather, John Showman Jr.

There will be no public viewing, and a celebration of her life is being planned. Arrangements are entrusted to Yoskovich Funeral Home, 724-966-5500, Martin J. Yoskovich, funeral director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels.
