Kelly Jo Tilger of Butler passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019, in Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 13, 1966, in Washington, a daughter of the late David Sr. and Patricia Tilger.

Surviving are her partner, Earl Kelly; children Eric Tilger and Gavin Kelly; grandchildren Zoey Tilger, Gunnyr Kelly and Madilynn Kelly; sisters Stacey Powell, Tonya Schramm, Yvonne Davidson and Shannon Terrell; brothers David Tilger Jr. and Bill Potts; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are sisters Dana Phillips and Nikki Bernardini.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
