A Memorial Service for John V.J. Billy, 73, of Canonsburg, who died Thursday, July 4, 2019, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 19, in the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Donald Coleman officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
