A memorial service will be held for Dr. Allan W. Blacka at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 17, in Friendship Village, 1290 Boyce Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.

Dr. Blacka, who retired as superintendent of Mt. Lebanon School Distict, passed away February 17, 2019.
