Martha J. Miller
Martha J. “Marty” Miller, 72, of Washington, passed away Monday, April 20, 2020, in South Hills Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. She was born November 4, 1947, in Washington, a daughter of the late Harry and Helen Beach Harrington.
Marty attended Trinity High School and had been a homemaker. She lived most of her life in Washington and was Baptist by faith. She had been employed at the cafeteria in the Washington Kmart in her past years, was active in Senior Life and enjoyed watching soap operas on television.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Pam (Daryl) Heffern and Harriet “Rennie” Dixon; and three sons, Charles (Tracy) Welch, Thomas Welch and Phillip (Cheryl) Welch; a sister, Charlotte Pierson; two brothers, Thomas and David Harrington; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is her sister, Dorothy.
