Charles R. Santi, 59, of Amity, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 2, 2020 in his home.

He was born March 13, 1960, in Washington, a son of the late Francis R. Santi and Carol Smith Santi of California, Pa., who survives.

Mr. Santi was a 1978 graduate of Trinity High School.

For 20 years, he was employed by Washington Hospital and was most recently employed by Perryman Inc., located in California.

Snow skiing, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing were his hobbies.

Charles was a member of HOG (Harley Owner Group), ABATE, Pittsburgh Chapter Ski Club and Ellsworth Sportsman Club.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are three brothers, John D. Santi (Donna) of Ellsworth, Allan W. Santi of Scenery Hill and David D. Santi (Sara) of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday January 7, in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, with Pastor Dawn Hargrave officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
