Virginia Hess, 76, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away Monday, December 30, 2019.

A memorial service will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., the time of services, Saturday, January 11, in Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1109 2nd Street, Moundsville, WV 26041, with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating.
