Joan C. Dumm, 89, of Washington, died Saturday, June 27, 2020. Arrangements have been entrusted to Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Directors, Inc. Friends will be welcome Wednesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be private. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition.
