A memorial service to celebrate the life of Thomas P. Lipinski, who died February 17, 2020, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21, in Liberty United Methodist Church, 1330 Banetown Road, Washington, PA 15301. A luncheon will be served after the service.
