Roy A. Crouse, 89, of Waynesburg, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2020, at the Donnell House in Washington. There will be no public visitation or services per Roy’s request. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. of Waynesburg have been entrusted with his arrangements.
