Elizabeth D. Florian Carroll
Elizabeth D. Florian Carroll, 91, formerly of Peters Township and South Park, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.
She was the beloved wife of the late Wallace Carroll; loving mother of David (Wanda), Melinda Guritz (Greg), Gregory, Jeanne Downing (Brian Mock), Dianne Hemmo, Nancy Lammie (Robert), Mark and Jeffrey; sister of Frank Florian and the late Louise; also 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four nieces and one nephew.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Carlow College. She enjoyed her family, reading, music and traveling.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, in the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (Route 88), Library. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 19, in St. Valentine Church (Our Lady of Hope Parish).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin School, Whitehall.
