Sherry Lynn “Nunna” Zuver, 62, of Langeloth, formerly of East Finley, died Sunday, December 12, 2021, in The Washington Hospital.

She was born April 29, 1959, in Washington, a daughter of the late Leo Shrader and Kathryn Johnson.

Mrs. Zuver graduated from McGuffey High School and Penn Commercial, where she studied medical transcription and phlebotomy. She retired from Washington Hospital, where she worked as a unit secretary and admissions clerk. Recently, she drove a school van for GG&C.

A 4H leader for more than 30 years, Mrs. Zuver enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren exhibit animals at the fair. She also enjoyed exhibiting baked goods at local fairs and baking for local farmers markets, as well as reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren, and spoiling them.

On February 19, 1977, she married Guy “Mike” Zuver, Jr., who survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Staci Steinlicht (Michael), of Stanhope, Iowa, Kelly Dadisman (Jason Rohm), of Aleppo, and Megan Ross (Chad), of Burgettstown; special adopted children, Amy Roche and Jake Ciaramella; 15 grandchildren, Harlie, Madisyn, and Jaxson Steinlicht, Cierra, Lyla, Dakota, and Gia Dadisman; Abigail, Kenzi an Henley Rohm, Chloe Anderson, Shaylyn Zuver and Rylei, Kalleyanna, and Cash Ross; three sisters, Barbara Hopkins of Tennessee, Teresa Miller (Cecil), of West Alexander, and Ruby Patterson of Washington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandy Johnson, Pam Ingram, Debbie and Bill Grasser, Danny and Debbie Zuver, Christy and John Ammons, and Cheryl and Roger Renard; many nieces and nephews; and extended family from the fair.

Deceased are a grandson, Ace Ross; and a brother, Arthur Johnson.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where additional visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., the time of service, on Saturday, December 18.

The family would like those attending the service to join them at Split Rail Sporting Clays, Claysville, immediately following the service.
