Carol Ann Conklin, 81, of Crucible, died Sunday, December 19, 2021, in her home after a long illness.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, December 27, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, 724-966-5100.
The service will begin at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
