Donald Lee Roupe
Donald Lee Roupe, 84, of New Freeport, died Sunday, January 31, 2021, in the Henry Clay Villa Skilled Nursing Home in Markleysburg.
He was born August 5, 1936, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Leonard F. Roupe and Stella Johns Roupe.
Mr. Roupe was a retired tool die setter for Accurate Brass in Brave.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Caroline Tennant Roupe; three sons, Gerald Eric Roupe and Andrew Todd Roupe, both of New Freeport, and Randall Mark Roupe of Martin, Tenn.; several brothers and sisters; 11 grandchildren; a special friend, Megan Young; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Lt Col Cephus Lee Roupe and Donal Gregory Roupe; several brothers and sisters; and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of funeral services, Friday, February 5, with the Rev. Joe Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park near Jefferson.
