Lillian Walters
Lillian “Tootie” Walters, 68, of Monongahela, died Saturday, February 6, 2021, in the Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born November 22, 1952, in Canonsburg, the daughter of Edward and Mona Ruth Garrett Walters.
Lillian was a 1971 graduate of Ringgold High School-Monongahela Division. She retired in 2008 from Solar Power in Rostraver. Lillian enjoyed her leisure time, especially spending it with her family and pets. She loved cooking, reading, ceramics, camping and thrift shopping.
She is survived by Stephen Crisi, with whom she lovingly shared the past 35 years; two sons, Christopher Walters and fiancee Melissa Wolfe of Jefferson Hills and Michael Walters and fiancee Brittany Werner of Monongahela; two grandchildren, Kayla and Bryan; brother, Dennis Walters of New Eagle, five sisters, Mary Kondratowicz and husband Robert of Carroll Township, Rose Ann Walters and Diane Behanna, both of Monongahela, Rebecca Anderson and husband Mike of Charleroi, Brenda Kennedy and John Demchak of New Eagle; mother-in-law, Barbara Ann Crisi of Monessen; sister-in-law, Christine Nesje and husband Randy of Long Beach, Calif.; three brothers-in-law, Emil Crisi and wife Laurie of Monessen, Vince Crisi and fiancee Shelly of McKeesport, David Crisi of Monessen; numerous nieces and nephews; and her cherished dog, Chomper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian and Joseph Walters; sister, Debra Salaske; father-in-law, Emil Crisi; and her beloved dog, Pebbles.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where a blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 11. Committal services and interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
