Ruth E. Carl
Ruth E. Carl, 82, of Washington, died February 3, 2021, in Premier Washington Health Center.
She was born February 8, 1938, in Washington, a daughter of the late Frank Blacka and Olive Emma Rowley Blacka.
Mrs. Carl graduated from Washington High School. A homemaker, she enjoyed crafts and crocheting.
On August 3, 1957, she married James M. Carl, who died March 28, 2011.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathy J. (Paul) Boyce of Washington and Patricia E. Carl of Washington; two grandchildren, David (Jessica) Kerchner and Benjamin (Amanda) Kerchner, both of Washington; three great-grandchildren, Carson, Grayson and Patrick Kerchner; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her siblings, Helen Thompson, Jean Webster, William Blacka, Lois Allender and Shirley Hammond.
At the request of the deceased, all services are private.
