Carl H. Jenkins
Carl H. “Junior” Jenkins, 68, of Washington, died Monday, February 15, 2021, in Heritage Valley Hospital, Beaver.
He was born January 3, 1953, in Washington, a son of the late William and Louise Pounds Jenkins.
Carl retired from SMS Millcraft as a caster repair. After retirement, he worked part-time at Kurtz Monument and the Pulaski Club.
He was a member of the Pulaski Club and the Alpine Club.
He loved the Steelers and NASCAR, but especially loved the time he spent with his grandsons.
Carl proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. during the Vietnam conflict.
On May 15, 1976, Carl married Renee Bails, who survives.
Also surviving are sons Carl H. (Brandie) Jenkins Jr. of Remlap, Ala., and Clinton L. (Sarah) Jenkins of Washington; a sister, Debbie (Harry) Sampson of Washington; grandsons Clinton L Jenkins Jr. and Wylie C. Jenkins of Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Carl was preceded in death by his sister, Sissy Strawn; and brothers Bill Jenkins, Kenny Jenkins and Ricky Jenkins.
All services are private.
