Richard E. Toler, 36, of Johnstown, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2021.

He was born March 13, 1984, in Abilene, Texas, a son of Stanley A. Toler of Cokeburg and Nancy Lorimer Toler Signor of Alabama, who survive.

He was a 2002 graduate of Johnstown High School and received an associate’s degree from DeVry University.

Richard was employed as the store manager of Complete Vapors in Ebensburg, and also oversaw four different stores simultaneously.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, is a stepbrother, Thomas Clark Signor of Washington; a sister, LorRea Danielle Toler of Bentleyville; special aunt Delores Pemberton of Jamestown, Ky.; and several cousins on both sides of the family.

Deceased is a stepbrother, Andrew Scott Lorimer Signor.

A private time of remembrance will be held Thursday, January 14, in the Greenlee’s Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville.

In lieu of flowers, and to help with funeral costs, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home.
