Anna Louise Cree Patterson
Anna Louise Cree Patterson, 90, of Waynesburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
Anna Louise was born July 7, 1930, the daughter of the late John and Hazel Mason Cree.
She graduated from Carmichaels High School.
She worked for many years as a secretary for the former Greene County Department of Education. At the time of her retirement, she worked for the Office of Greene County.
She was a former member of the Fordyce United Methodist Church.
On September 23, 1988, she married Dr. Edward Joaquin Patterson, who died September 30, 2001.
Anna was the last of her immediate family.
She is survived by her cousins, Ted Cree of Greensboro, Judy Cree of Carmichaels, Joan Spitznogle of Mt. Morris, James Mason of Waynesburg, John Mason of Greensboro, Rev. Jack Mason of Phoenixville, Pa., and Joyce Anderson of Mt. Morris.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, and 1 to 2 p.m. the hour of services, on Saturday, in Behm Funeral Hom es Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg, with Rev. David S. Lake officiating.
