James Rush, 68, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. A son of the late Alva and Opal Burns Rush, he is survived by his ex-wife and caregiver of 46 years, Phyllis Rush; sister, Marie (Ed) Stewart of Rochester, N.Y.; brother, Gene (Judy) Rush of Rogersville; several nieces and nephews; aunts, Virginia Rush of Claysville and Sara Sprowls of Washington.
