Jeffery Shane Lucas
Jeffery Shane Lucas, 50, of Washington, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021.
He was born November 17, 1970, in Washington, a son of Marsha D. Manes Lucas and the late Walter “Duke” Lucas Jr.
Jeffery graduated from Trinity High School and worked as a metal grinder for Dynamet for over 20 years.
He enjoyed throwing darts and was in a dart league. Fishing and groundhog hunting was something he enjoyed doing with his dad.
In addition to his mother Marsha, he is survived by his brothers, Jeremy J. Lucas of Tucson, Ariz. and Joshua W. Lucas (Nikita) of West Alexander; nephews, Dylan M. Lucas and Brayden J. Lucas; niece, Skyler R. Lucas; a cousin, who was his best friend and like a brother, Larry “Chuckles” Martin of Florida; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and family.
He is loved by all and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
