Ruby Jane Robertson, 76, of McDonald, passed Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

She was born November 27, 1944, in South Fayette Township, a daughter of William and Ruth Bentrem Rigert.

Ruby was a graduate of South Fayette High School Class of 1962. She worked at Walmart as an associate in Robinson Township for 17 years.

On July 11, 1970, she married John Andrew Robertson, who survives.

Mrs. Robertson attended Cross Connections Alliance Church in McDonald. She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Surviving are three children, Scot (Jen) Robertson of Illinois, Greg (Megan) Robertson of North Carolina and Gayle (Michael) Jesse of Burgettstown; two sisters, Ruth Ann Porter of Burgettstown and Rita Taborski of McDonald; six grandchildren, Alex Jesse, Addie, Lyla, Shelby, Andrew and Tyler Robertson.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 16, in Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 17, in Cross Connections Alliance Church, 210 Valley Street, McDonald. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
