Janice Rucki Trent
Janice Rucki Trent, 59, of Houston, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021, surrounded by her family.
She was a loving partner to Jay Ringling; survived by her children, Michael South, Misty Shearer and Paige Ringling. She was the grandmother of Layla Shearer, Eden Powell and Edward Shearer IV; daughter of Catherine Rucki and the late Pete Rucki; sister to Pete Rucki and Lisa Clark. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Janice loved her children and grandbabies and spent many hours with them. She adored her kitty, Leo, and spoiled him to no end.
In her more recent years, Janice started working in sales at a company online and really enjoyed herself. She felt more confident and had especially stepped out of her shell.
