Alison LoGreco McClain
Alison LoGreco McClain, 43, of Canonsburg, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021, after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
She was born August 4, 1977, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Kenneth and Elizabeth Helmich LoGreco.
Alison was a 1995 graduate of Canon-McMillan and a 2000 graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania. She worked as a senior talent acquisition consultant for Eaton Corporation, 13 years at UPMC and a few years for St. Clair Hospital as a nurse recruiter. She was an active member of the South Hills Bible Chapel. She enjoyed everything Disney and especially loved spending time with her family.
On July 7, 2001, she married her loving husband, Jason McClain, who survives. Surviving, in addition to her husband and her parents, are her children, Logan and Carson McClain of Canonsburg; her sister, Nicole (Michael) LoGreco-Joos of Canonsburg; her in-laws, Mike and Karen McClain of Williamsport; brother-in-law, Josh (Mindy) of Williamsport; three nieces, Megan and Olivia Joos, Ella McClain; and nephew, Tyler McClain; and a large extended family.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, Ltd., 30 E. College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Services will be held in the Bible Chapel, 300 Gallery Drive, McMurray, PA 15317, at 10 a.m. Monday, June 28. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the church.
Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to Bible Chapel, 300 Gallery Drive, McMurray, PA 15317 or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, in Alison McClain’s name.
