Larry R. Pepper Jr.

Larry R. Pepper Jr., 50, of Washington, died unexpectedly Thursday, June 24, 2021, while at work of an apparent heart attack.

He was born December 2, 1970, in Washington, a son of Larry and Patricia Robb Pepper of Washington.

Larry was a 1987 graduate of Beth-Center High School and later Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.

He was employed as the maintenance supervisor for Quail Run Association in Venetia.

Mr. Pepper was a member of Faith United Presbyterian Church.

Larry enjoyed time spent with family and friends.

On November 6, 1993, he married Susan Beam, who survives.

Surviving, in addition to his parents and wife, are a son, Alexander D. Pepper (Ashley Morgan) of Washington; a daughter, Jenna R. Pepper (Levi Hodgens) of West Alexander; a stepgrandson, Porter; a brother, Russell Pepper (Michelle) of Richeyville; a sister, Jacquelyn Lodine (Seth) of Bosman, Mont.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. the time of service, Monday, June 28, in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342. Service will begin at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Jason Hefner officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home in Larry’s name.
