Rebecca Joanne Milligan, 89, of Washington, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 24, 2021, in her daughter’s home in Flower Mound, Texas. Born June 15, 1931, she was a daughter of Herman and Elizabeth Henkins Hart.

She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Milligan for 69 years; loving mother of Thomas “TR” Milligan of Cornelius, N.C., and Beth Ann (Mike) Pulaski of Flower Mound, Texas; cherished grandmother of Andy, Maddie and Sophie Pulaski.

Deceased are two brothers, Jennings L. Hart and John R. Hart.

She was a 1950 graduate of Trinity High School. She worked in sales at Sharp’s Furniture for 15 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church 1793.

At the family’s request, services will be held privately.
