Patricia Beeles Dudek
Patricia Beeles Dudek, of Lawrenceville, Ga., passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the age of 74.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret M. and Joseph H. Beeles; husband Edward R. Dudek; brother Leroy T. Beeles; and sister Joyce E. Nagorski.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gretchen Elene Elzer Olds and Shane L. Olds; grandsons Joshua Lee Olds and Nathan Edwards Olds; brother Bruce M. Beeles; three nieces and two nephews.
Patricia was born in Canonsburg in 1946. She taught at Chartiers Houston High School from 1969-1988 and in the Dekalb County School System in Georgia from 1990-2008. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from California State University and a master’s degree from The University of Pittsburgh.
Patricia was a deacon at Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church and chair member of the National Council of Teachers of English. She was also a lifelong member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Girl Scouts of America.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of a memorial service, Saturday, March 6, in Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Ga. Ralph Jester will be officiating.
