Brian Joseph Husarchik, 49, passed peacefully, in his home, Friday, March 5, 2021, after a brave battle with cancer. He was born April 6, 1971, in Washington, a son of Paul J. Husarchik and Barbara R. Livingston Husarchik.

Growing up in North Strabane Township in southwestern Pennsylvania, Brian graduated from Canon-McMillan Senior High School, Class of 1989. He then went to Penn State University in State College, graduating with the Class of 1993. Brian remained a proud member of the Penn State Alumni Association throughout his life.

After college, Brian settled in Central Florida, where he made a career as an audio visual technician and coordinator in the Convention and Staging Industry.

Brian was a creative talent with a sharp wit who brought laughter and good times to all he met. A truly kind and generous soul, he made friends wherever he travelled. If you measure wealth by how many true friends you have, then he was a very wealthy man.

Brian was predeceased by his father.

Left to treasure their memories of him are his mother; his brother and wife, John and Therese Pickens Husarchik of Clermont, Fla.; brother Craig of Pittsburgh; aunts and uncles Bob and Janet Livingston, Janet Scott, Chuck and Debbie Livingston, Emil and Patti Husarchik, and Nancy Magera; and many cousins.

There will be no service due to Covid.
