June E. Greenwood St. Clair

June E. Greenwood St. Clair, 83, formerly of Greensboro, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021, in the home of her daughter, Robin, where she had lived for the past year. Born February 15, 1938, in Ohiopyle, she was a daughter of the late Clark and Violet Knox Greenwood.

June attended Mapletown High School, and was a loving homemaker and dedicated mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her children, Roy Allen St. Clair of Greensboro, Penny Jenkins and Lori Kime, both of Mount Morris, and Robin St. Clair of Waynesburg; five grandchildren, Franklin Agee, John Paul Seamon, Emily, Ashley and Garett Kime; five great-grandchildren, Hunter Agee, Emma St. Clair, Marcus and Gabrielle Seamon, and Cale Hugo; and a number of special nieces and nephews.

She was the last of her immediate family, having been predeceased by sisters Shirley Morgan, Janice and Kathy Greenwood, and Norma Jean Beatty; and brothers Frank Greenwood, and James Lee Greenwood in infancy.

Also deceased is her husband, Roy E. St. Clair in 1992; one son, Irwin Keith St. Clair in 2019; and a grandson, Bobby St. Clair.

Private services will be held Saturday, March 20, in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, with Pastor Phillip Yost officiating. Interment follows in Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Greensboro. CDC recommendations will be observed in the funeral home.

June’s family would like to extend their gratitude for the compassionate care provided by Amedisys Hospice and nurse Jackie Workman during her illness.
