Chester W. Crothers
Chester W. “Chet” Crothers, 63, of Marianna, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away unexpectedly, in his daughters home, Monday, March 22, 2021.
He was born December 28, 1957, in Cambridge, Ohio, a son of the late Robert and Edna Hitchew Crothers.
Chet was a lifelong resident of Canonsburg and was known for wearing his Harley Davidson vest. He could be found hanging out with buddies and drinking a beer at the B & B Tavern in Strabane. He had a love for motorcycles and the Pittsburgh Steelers and always enjoyed a good game of softball. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Canonsburg.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Kimberly Crothers and her fiance, Colvess Robinson of Washington, and Laura Pipik and her husband, Bubba of Marianna; grandchildren Chasity, Callie and Morgan Colbert, Savannah, Arick, Rylee, Angaleigh, Bentley, Baylee and Michaela Johnson; and great-grandchildren Kilee and Elijah; his brothers, Robert “Bob” (Jody) Crothers, Mark Crothers and Thomas “Tom” (Theresa Young) Crothers; 10 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are brothers William and Daniel; and sister Donna Matthews.
