Glenna S. McDougal
Glenna S. McDougal, 70, of Big Sandy, Tenn., formerly of Waynesburg (Castile Ridge), died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from injuries suffered in a horse riding accident.
She was born July 15, 1950, in Bristol, Va., a daughter of the late Glenn H. and Helen Moore Clore.
Glenna was a graduate of California College and a held a master’s degree from West Virginia University.
She had worked for Central Greene School District as a teacher and in administration.
Glenna enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking, horseback riding, camping, hosting parties, loved ice cream, and spending time with friends and family.
On July 20, 1995, she married Earl McDougal, who survives.
Also surviving are two stepchildren, Dawn (Brian) Hayes of Coal Center and Shawn McDougal of Jefferson; three grandchildren, Brittney Ruble, Shawn Ruble and Bradley Ruble; a sister, Coleen Harvey of Washington; and a brother, Ray Clore of Eighty Four.
Deceased is a brother, Fred Clore.
In following CDC guidelines of the number of people at a time in the funeral home, wearing masks and social distancing, friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 29, in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, with the Rev. James Cannon officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris.
