Frank A. Pliska
Frank A. Pliska, 59, of Canonsburg, died Friday, September 3, 2021.
He was born December 18, 1961, in Washington, a son of Frank G. Pliska and Dolores Markovich Nicholas.
Prior to his retirement, Frank worked for Washington Penn Plastics for many years. He was Catholic by faith and enjoyed fishing, helping others and especially spending time with grandchildren and family.
Frank was a member of the Slovak Club, the AGA, and the Labor Temple in Canonsburg.
Surviving are his mother, Dolores Markovich Nicholas; his daughter, Autumn Pliska of Canonsburg; his sister, Darlene (Charles) Lowe of Centerville; his grandchildren, Adriana McCracken-Pliska and Amariana McCracken-Pliska; his niece, Maddie Barone of Centerville; and nephew Nick Barone of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank G. Pliska.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 9.
Interment will follow in Woodruff Memorial Park, North Strabane.
