Mark Durbin Sr.
Mark D. Durbin, Sr., 63, of Waynesburg, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021, in his home with his family by his side.
He was born June 15, 1958, in Baltimore, Md., a son to the late Harry Junior Durbin and Nellie Anna Tharp Durbin of Waynesburg.
On December 2, 1981, Mark married Shari Richter and were happily married for 39 years.
Mark was a truck driver for Schneider Dairy for 10 years upon retiring in 1999. He was a member of the Teamster Local # 585 in Washington, for 10 years. Mark enjoyed gardening, and hunting when he was able.
Surviving is his mother, wife, and two children, Arminda “Mindy” (Nicholas) Palone and Mark (Elizabeth) Durbin, Jr. both of Waynesburg; nine grandchildren, Madison, Lillian, Ariana, Nicholas, Lucas, Avaleigh, Eveleen Palone, Kaydee (Ben) Caldwell, and Mark Durbin, III.; one sister, Linda Diane Engle of Waynesburg; and four brothers, Harry “Buck” Durbin of Waynesburg, Larry (Jeanette) Durbin of Monaca, David Durbin of Waynesburg, Rick (Tammy) Durbin of Waynesburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC., 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville. 724-499-5181.
A memorial service will be held at the Durbin farm at 1 p.m. on September 25, 2021, and the family requested to RSVP Shari at 724-499-5815.
